You can expect to receive your order(s) within 5 to 10 business days. Made to Order items will take a little bit longer to process prior to shipment, due to the uniqueness of the item. However, this will not take away from the overall shipping time. 

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You can return any product within 7 days for a full refund, if unsatisfied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

There is also a $5.00 restocking fee that will be charged. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased at a sale or discounted price cannot be refunded. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
